A loving mum from Bristol was found dead in a lake just days after she was thought to have tried to kill herself on a motorway.
The heartbroken family of Julie Carter-Montacute wants to know why mental health teams did not see her urgently after she tried to take her own life twice and was suffering from severe depression.
Julie was only 56 years old when she was found drowned in Chew Valley Lake by police divers on Thursday, February 22.
